Shipping Policy

When checking out, you are given the option to select UPS Flat Rate Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight.  Shipping times and methods may vary based on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.  

Katherine Jezek Design is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays or carrier issues. Once an order has shipped, Katherine Jezek Design relinquishes control over the shipment and can only provide the tracking number for reference. Katherine Jezek Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Because of the personalization of holiday cards and gift tags, orders are non-refundable, without exception.  If you have received an order that is incorrect or damaged, please let us know within a week of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve.

Proofs will be provided for all holiday cards and tags. We kindly ask that proofs and revision requests be reviewed and returned in a timely manner to ensure your order remains on schedule. Katherine Jezek Design is not responsible for delays resulting from late approvals or customer responses.

Once final approval is received, the design will be considered approved for production. Any changes, corrections, or reprints requested after final approval will be at the customer’s expense.

Processing Times

Our current processing time is 7-10 business days.  Most rush requests can be accommodated for an additional fee. Pricing will depend on the number of items being ordered. Please email us at kelly@katherinejezekdesign.com to receive an estimate.

Can I customize a design?

Yes! If you are not seeing what you are looking for, we can likely create it. Please email us at kelly@katherinejezekdesign.com with your preferred card, tag or sticker design and greeting combination, and we'll be happy to help create your custom combination. 

Weddings

We take a limited number of bookings each year for custom wedding and event paper. A minimum investment of $15,000 is required.  Please reach out to katherine@katherinejezekdesign.com to discuss your project.
